-For customers with damaged hair due to processes like bleaching or dyeing, perming procedures are not possible.

-Prices vary based on hair length as well.

  · 여행 개시 14일 전(~ 14일)까지 통보 시 상품 총 가격의 15% 배상
  · 여행 개시 7일 전(7 ~ 13일)까지 통보 시 상품 총 가격의 20% 배상
  · 여행 개시 4일 전(4 ~ 6일)까지 통보 시 상품 총 가격의 50% 배상
  · 여행 개시 3일 전 ~ 당일 통보 시 환불 불가
  

• ※ 주말(토, 일) 및 공휴일 및 퇴근 후 시간은 예약 취소 및 변경이 불가합니다. (변경 및 취소 전 반드시 확인 바랍니다.)
  ※ 취소/변경은 업무시간(월~금: 09:00 ~ 17:30) 중에만 가능합니다. 해당 시간에 취소 절차를 거쳐야 취소(변경) 공제 수수료율 규정에 따른 환불이 가능합니다.
  ※ 해당시간 외에 담당자 및 인솔자 등과 개인휴대폰 상으로나 휴무일 당직자에게 일방적으로 전달된 내용은 +1일로 간주됩니다.
  ※ 단체 기획 여행 및 연수는 예약 취소 가능 여부와 취소수수료를 담당자 확인 부탁드리며, 진행 상황에 따라 취소가 불가능할 수 있습니다.
