Please note: The itinerary is subject to change depending on circumstances. Due to the nature of a templestay, this program does not
follow a tightly packed schedule. Instead, it focuses on offering space for calm reflection, personal time, and meaningful experiences at your own pace.
We offer temple meals prepared for your health, with no added seasonings or artificial flavor enhancers.
(“Temple meal” refers to a traditional Buddhist-style meal.)
Even though it is not Buddhism, it is one of the cultures of Korea, so you can experience it. However, it is better not to apply for participation if you are uncomfortable because it includes experiences of religious activities such as praying.
