The tour will be safely operated in accordance with the guidelines of the COVID-19 Disease Control and Prevention Agency.

Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the tour are non-refundable for any reason. (Cancellations are accepted only within business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, after communication with the person in charge. Any matters communicated after this time will be considered for the following day.)

No-shows may result in restrictions on future participation.

We will inform you of the tour confirmation 3 days before departure, and if the confirmation is made earlier, we will contact you promptly. (In case of low bookings, the trip may be postponed.)
